Can I cancel my People’s Choice insurance policy?
You can cancel a People’s Choice insurance policy at any time by writing to Hastings Insurance Services Ltd, Conquest House, Collington Avenue, Bexhill-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN39 3LW. You will have to pay a £25 fee to cancel within the first 14 days; after that the cancellation charge rises to £55. Subject to these fees, you should generally receive a refund of the premium you have not used – although you can’t cancel your policy if you have made a claim or one has been made against you.

People’s Choice has three underwriters: Advantage Insurance Company Ltd, Covea Insurance PLC, and Sabre Insurance.
