  • Once redeemed in your SuperSaveClub Wallet, your reward will be sent via email from GiftCloud on behalf of MoneySuperMarket. You will have up to 30 days from GiftCloud's email to redeem your reward.

The types of policies included in the Refer a Friend programme are: 

  • Home insurance (buildings, contents, building and contents insurance) 

  • Car insurance (fully comprehensive, third party fire and theft, third party only) 

  • Pet insurance 

  • Van insurance 

  • Loans (selected lenders only) 

  • Credit cards (selected providers only) 

Broadband, mobile phone deals, Credit Monitor, landlord, temporary car and rental insurance policies are not eligible for the Refer a Friend programme. You can find full details in the Terms and Conditions.

We will add the reward to your SuperSaveClub Wallet and your friend’s SuperSaveClub Wallet. When you redeem the reward in your wallet, the gift card will be sent to you via email from no-reply@giftcloud.com.



If you and/or your friend have not received your reward within 60 days of purchasing the policy via the unique referral code, please email rewards@moneysupermarket.com.

If your friend cancels their policy within the 14 days cooling off period, you will both not be eligible for the Refer a Friend reward.

No, your friend must not have used a cashback site to purchase your policy, for example Top Cashback, Quidco etc.

Your friend cannot buy their insurance policy via your unique referral link and then complete our Super Save Price Promise.

You will only be notified if the Friend makes an eligible purchase with MoneySuperMarket. If you believe your friend has met the eligibility criteria and you have both not yet received your reward within 60 days of purchasing the policy via the unique referral code, please email rewards@moneysupermarket.com.

Your SuperSaveClub membership begins once you join the club and remains active as long as you hold an MoneySuperMarket account.  

Your Days Out Annual Pass expires after 12 months. You can renew it by purchasing an eligible product or signing up for Credit Monitor. You may renew in the final month of your membership or after it has expired. A new 12-month pass will begin once your current pass expires.
