For car insurance a like for like quotation requires the quote comparison and the purchased policy to:

• Be from the same provider

• Have the same detail inputs - such as car, make, model, car value and mileage, no claims period, driver details and policy start date

• Have the same product features - such as type of cover, compulsory and excess cover amounts, legal cover, courtesy car, personal injury cover, breakdown cover and windscreen cover included or not

For home insurance a like for like quotation requires the quote comparison and the purchased policy to:

• Be from the same provider

• Have the same detail inputs - such as address, rebuild cost, contents value, no claims period, types of locks, value of items over £1k, voluntary excess for contents and buildings, policy start date

• Have the same product features - such as cover type - buildings/contents, total excess, cover level, legal cover, home emergency, accidental damage and cover outside the home included or not.

The types of policies included in the Super Save Price Promise are home insurance (buildings, contents, building and contents insurance), car insurance (fully comprehensive, third party fire and theft, third party only), van insurance and pet insurance (lifetime, accident only, and time-limited).

No. You will receive one gift card per eligible policy purchased. Therefore, a joint policy will receive one gift card.

Once you're in the app, head to the SuperSaveClub area to find your pass. Over your 12-month access period, you can return as many times as you want!

Once you've purchased an eligible product through MoneySuperMarket, we’ll email you to let you know when your Free Days Out annual pass is ready, and then you can start using it straight away. If you're not opted in to receive our marketing emails, you can check in your MoneySuperMarket account. 

You become eligible for cash rewards when you buy another eligible product through us, after your first purchase. Other rewards may take up to a week to appear in your Wallet as pending. This means your reward is on its way! 

Then, once we’ve had confirmation from the provider you purchased from, and as long as you don’t cancel your purchase, your reward will show as redeemable. You can then choose to redeem it or build your wallet up for an even bigger reward. 

On some occasions, rewards may take longer to show as redeemable. Please get in touch if your rewards aren't available after 60 days.

Once the eligibility criteria has been verified, you will receive a refund for the price difference of the amount paid for your policy and the like-for-like quote.

The minimum difference is £0.01.

Insurance providers can change their pricing daily. Therefore, to ensure that the purchased policy and the comparison quote are like-for-like, we require the comparison quote to be generated on the same day as your purchased policy.

If you cancel your policy within the 14 days cooling off period, you will not be eligible for the reward.

We require a screenshot of your like-for-like quote to validate your claim, to ensure you are eligible for the rewards. If you are unable to provide this screenshot, we will accept an email version of your quotation. Please ensure the email includes the specific details of the product features.

Your SuperSaveClub membership begins once you join the club and remains active as long as you hold an MoneySuperMarket account.  

Your Days Out Annual Pass expires after 12 months. You can renew it by purchasing an eligible product or signing up for Credit Score. You may renew in the final month of your membership or after it has expired. A new 12-month pass will begin once your current pass expires.
