How does our Price Promise work?
Our Price Promise is a guarantee that we’ll help you find the best deal possible. If you do manage to find a like-for-like quote elsewhere for less, we’ll gladly refund the difference and give you a gift card worth up to £20.

Purchase your deal
Buy a qualifying insurance product or deal through the MoneySuperMarket website. You can find a full list of the qualifying products here.
Found a cheaper like-for-like quote?
As long as it’s from the same provider and on the very same day as your purchase, take a screenshot of the cheaper quote as proof and submit your Price Promise claim.
Get your refund and reward
Once your Price Promise claim has been verified, we’ll transfer the price difference into your bank account and email you your chosen gift card.
Are there any restrictions?
To be eligible for the Price Promise, you must:
Be a UK resident aged 17 or over.
Have a valid email address.
Have purchased a qualifying product through MoneySuperMarket. Explore the full list of the qualifying products.
Have found a cheaper like-for-like quote from the same provider, on the same day.
Submit your claim within 30 days of buying your product.
Not have used any cashback sites as part of the qualifying purchase.
How do I claim?
Making a Price Promise claim is super simple. You can do it in 3 steps.
Head to the MoneySuperMarket app or website. Make sure you’re logged into the account you used to buy the product.
Open up a new support chat and type ‘Submit Price Promise claim’.
Answer a few questions before you submit your request. We’ll then ask you for proof of purchase and a screenshot or email of the cheaper quote. But don’t worry, the chat will explain exactly what's needed.

Available on car, home, pet, van or travel insurance and broadband, and mobile phones
Policy must be purchased through MoneySuperMarket.com online before you make a claim
Comparison quote must be carried out on the same day of policy purchase
Claim must be submitted within 30 days of buying your policy
Cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer or if you've claimed other vouchers or promotional rewards on the same policy
Price difference and reward paid within 30 days of successful claim

Is Price Promise available for all products sold through MoneySuperMarket?

Car insurance
Home insurance (buildings / contents)
Broadband
Annual travel insurance
Pet insurance
Mobile phone contracts and SIM-only deals
Van insurance
Single trip travel insurance (other than insurance for pre-existing conditions).

What gift card can I choose?
We partner with Giftcloud.com to provide our Price Promise gift card reward. When you process your claim you will be asked which gift card you would like to receive dependent on the reward value. Retailers are subject to change, but include Amazon, Just Eat, Argos and many more.
If your reward value is £15 or more, you can choose a prepaid Mastercard instead of a gift card.
How long is the Price Promise available?
Our Price Promise offer ends 14th May 2027. Any product purchases made after this cannot be accepted.
Can I have the reward for more than one product?
You can only claim this reward once per product. However, if you’ve purchased multiple products, each one is eligible for the Price Promise.
Can I still make a claim even though I’ve bought my product through a cashback site?
No, you must not have used a cashback site, like Quidco, to purchase your product.
Can I still make a claim if I have bought my product through the MoneySavingExpert Car Insurance Compare+ tool?
Yes, you can make a claim if you used the MoneySavingExpert Car Insurance Compare+ tool to purchase your product.
What is a ‘like-for-like’ comparison quote?
Like-for-like means that your purchased product and the quote comparison must:
Be from the same provider (e.g. the product you purchased was from company A and the quote comparison is also from company A).
Include the same information (e.g. the make of your car and mileage).
Have the same product features (e.g. type of cover and what’s included, such as breakdown and windscreen cover).
How will I get my Price Promise refund and gift card?
If we determine that you're eligible to receive the Refund and SuperSaveClub Reward, then your Refund and SuperSaveClub Reward will be credited directly into your SuperSaveClub Wallet
Can you send my gift card to an alternative email address?
We can only send the gift card to the email address listed on your claim form.
If it’s a joint product, do we get two gift cards?
No, you will only receive one gift card per eligible product, even for joint products. The gift card will be sent via email to the email address listed on your claim form.
What do I do if I haven’t heard from MoneySuperMarket within 30 days of submitting my Price Promise claim?
If you have shared all the information requested and have not received your reward within 30 days of submitting the claim form, please email rewards@moneysupermarket.com.
Is there a maximum and minimum amount you’ll pay for my refund claim?
Once your eligibility is verified, we’ll refund the difference between what you paid for your product and the like-for-like quote.
The maximum difference we’ll pay depends on the original purchase price of your product. The minimum difference we’ll pay is £0.01.
Why does the comparison quote and product purchase need to happen on the same day?
Insurance providers can change their pricing daily, so to ensure a true like-for-like comparison, you must purchase your product and generate your quote on the same day.
What happens if I cancel my product?
If you cancel your product within the 14 days cooling off period, you will not be eligible for the refund and reward.
