Home Quote Direct is part of the Bedford Insurance Group. It is a home insurance (also known as ‘house insurance’ or ‘household insurance’) intermediary, based in Wimbledon that has been serving customers since 1965. It is now one of the largest insurers in the UK and was previously voted among the top three home insurers in the country in an independent survey performed by the Observer on Sunday.

It aims to offer competitive rates from a panel of leading insurers. It has rates for buildings insurance, home contents insurance, and the two policies combined. Its insurance panel is made up of a number of leading UK insurers including AXA, Zurich, Norwich Union, Chaucer and Fortis.
