Yes Insurance Services is a sister company of Provident Insurance, which has been providing insurance policies for 40 years. Its home insurance (also known as ‘house insurance’ or ‘household insurance’) is administered by BISL Limited, a leading intermediary.

Yes Insurance home insurance will search a panel of top insurers to provide you with the cheapest quote for your circumstances. You can arrange for cover for buildings insurance only, contents insurance only, or a combined policy.

A Yes Insurance buildings insurance policy includes: cover for the structure of the property; all permanent fixtures and fittings; and fixed glass and windows in the home. There is also standard cover during the sale of the property, and for alternative accommodation up to the lower of £10,000 or 20% of the buildings sum insured.

In terms of its contents cover you are protected for household goods including non-permanent fixtures, personal belongings, up to £3,000 of office equipment and your cover can range in total from £15,000 to £99,000. There is also extra cover included as standard such as a maximum of £500 on freezer contents, cover for personal documents up to £250 and public liability up to £2m.
