As a trading name of E Insurance Services, eHome has joined forces with Norwich Union to supply what it describes as a revolutionary home insurance (also known as ‘house insurance’ or ‘household insurance’) product. It allows its customers to manage their policies entirely online giving you ease of access to change details, request quotes or make mid-term adjustments.

The company offers buildings only, contents only and combined buildings and contents insurance policies. The eHome insurance buildings insurance features cover calculated automatically, along with alternative accommodation following an insured loss. There is also cover for accidental damage to fixed glass and sanitary fittings along with underground services.

In terms of contents insurance, eHome insurance covers home working equipment, household items such as carpets and curtains, replacement locks, freezer contents and valuables.

In addition, eHome insurance offers legal cover underwritten by DAS Legal Expenses. This provides financial support for issues such as employment disputes, tax protection and physical injury.
