- The prize draw (“Prize Draw”) is promoted by Moneysupermarket.com Limited (“Moneysupermarket.com”), whose registered office is at Moneysupermarket House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Flintshire, CH5 3UZ , and is subject to the following terms and conditions and the terms and conditions set out below applying to each of the prizes.
- This Prize Draw is open to all UK residents aged 17 or over except employees or family members of employees of Moneysupermarket.com or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this Prize Draw.
- A winner will be drawn at random within 10 days of the closing date.

- The prize is one year's free car insurance (the “Prize”). If the winner has purchased their car insurance between 30 September 2010 and 30 March 2011 they will be reimbursed the cost of their car insurance policy upon receipt of proof of purchase. Where the winner is looking to purchase a car insurance policy Moneysupermarket.com will run a car insurance quote on their behalf via www.moneysupermarket.com and will be asked to choose which car insurance policy they wish to have purchased for them from the top three quotes obtained on their behalf, the chosen policy will then be subsequently purchased on their behalf by Moneysupermarket.com.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize or cash value.
- No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
- By entering the Prize Draw, participants agree to:
i. the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw;
ii. the terms of our Privacy Policy; and
iv. being contacted by Moneysupermarket.com for marketing purposes. - All entries must be received by midnight on 20 March 2011.
- The Prize winner will be notified by email and/or phone by Moneysupermarket.com and must respond accepting the Prize within seven (7) days of receiving notification of having won. In the event of non-acceptance or failure to accept within the specified period, Moneysupermarket.com reserves the right to reallocate the Prize awarded to the next randomly drawn valid entry (and the same acceptance period, as provided under this condition, will apply).
- By entering the Prize Draw, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this Prize Draw.
