Virgin car insurance (otherwise known as ‘Virgin motor insurance’) is available through Virgin Money, which aims to give customers a better deal. It is one of the fastest-growing UK car insurance companies and one of its key incentives is that it does not charge extra for monthly payments.

Virgin offers three kinds of car insurance – comprehensive, third party and third party fire and theft. All three policies will cover you if you are injured and need medical assistance and if you crash into someone else’s car or damage their property.

A comprehensive Virgin car insurance policy entitles you to a number of additional benefits, such as cover if you crash your car and if you injure yourself and need on-going medical help. You will also be covered in case your car is stolen, if your windscreen or windows are smashed and if your stereo is stolen. As an added benefit you will also be able to use a courtesy car while yours is being fixed and any personal property you keep in the car is covered if it is stolen or damaged.

There are numerous add-ons available with Virgin car insurance. These include no-claims discount protection – which means that once you have four years no-claims discount you can protect your cover. Additionally, the company also offers motor legal protection so that if you’re injured in an accident that is not your fault it will pay the legal costs (up to £50,000) to claim for compensation. You can also choose to add on breakdown cover.
