With a comprehensive Norwich Union car insurance policy you will be given a new car replacement if your car (under 12 months old) is stolen or suffers excessive damage. The audio equipment in your vehicle is also covered up to £500 and the company will pay for replacements of glass in your car’s windscreen, sunroof or windows if it is lost or damaged or the bodywork of your car suffers scratching arising from the breaking of glass.

There are a number of discounts available to loyal and safe drivers. For example, you can earn a 10 per cent discount for buying a policy online and named drivers on a policy can earn their own no-claims discount up to 70 per cent if they are a spouse or partner, or 40 per cent if they are just a named driver.

If you take out a Norwich Union car insurance policy you can also benefit from multi-car insurance discounts with a five per cent discount for each additional vehicle insured with the company. Norwich Union also offers an uninsured driver promise so if your car is hit by an uninsured driver and it wasn’t your fault, your no-claims discount won’t be lost.
