HSBC Car Insurance

HSBC is one of the UK’s banking giants and it is has expanded its range of products to include HSBC car insurance (also known as ‘HSBC motor insurance’).

In an effort to supply the cheapest car insurance available, HSBC car insurance retrieves quotes from a panel of insurers. According to independent research conduced by Consumer Intelligence in September 2008, a saving of £172.88 was achieved in 10 per cent of quotes obtained by customers considering taking out a HSBC car insurance policy.

In addition to price, HSBC car insurance has its customers covered with an array of features. For example, providing you use an approved repairer you can pick up a courtesy car while yours is being worked on and there is unlimited cover for manufacturer fitted car stereo and satellite navigation systems. The company offers a three-year guarantee on all repair work; provides 90 days of cover when you travel in the EU; and has both claims and windscreen help lines.

There are also a number of additional options with HSBC car insurance. You can add on RAC breakdown cover and legal protection, you have the option to protect your no-claims discount and you can opt to pay monthly subject to status and credit charge.
