What packages can I get with Box Broadband?
Box Broadband offers three tiers, with their names referring to their ‘up to’ speeds.
Box 100 is the entry-level offering. It gives you average speeds of 95Mbps (and up to 100Mbps), which is fast enough for most families connecting up to five devices.
Box 300 is the middle tier. It delivers average speeds of 280Mbps (and up to 300Mbps), which should be plenty for heavy use on up to 10 devices – so a large family.
Lastly, Box 1000 gives you average speeds of 850Mbps (and up to 1Gbps/1,000Mbps). It’s best suited for large families or shared households who are extremely heavy users.
All tiers include free installation and a free router, and have the option of adding a home phone for £10 a month extra, plus an installation fee of £15 (though this is waived for Box 300 and Box 1000 packages). You can also add a TV package for £10 a month, Wi-Fi extenders for £7 a month per extender, and a static IP address for £5 per month per IP address.
All Box Broadband contracts last 24 months.

Does Box Broadband offer broadband-only deals without a landline?
It does. The standard packages from Box Broadband only include broadband, but you can add a phone line and TV package at extra cost.
Box Broadband uses a fibre network, which means it doesn’t rely on a landline for broadband. The advantage is you won’t have to pay for line rental or any calls. And if you find you do need a landline, you can always add a phone line to your Box Broadband package for a small monthly fee.
