MoneySuperMarket’s expert view

John Lewis Broadband provides great value broadband with clear pricing.

What has always set John Lewis apart though is its customer service. Whilst a smaller provider, John Lewis have a dedicated customer service team that are well known to be helpful and friendly.

It is worth noting though that when it comes to any issues with the service it will be Openreach of whom carry out any work and not John Lewis – it’s certainly worth keeping this in mind if the John Lewis name is one of your main reasons to switch.
