Why choose a Sky broadband and phone package?

Sky’s broadband and phone services are straightforward, reliable, and fast. The provider lets you pick and choose what you need from your package, and make use of unlimited downloads and has a simple switchover process.

Plus, picking up a combo broadband and home phone package from Sky is easy-peasy. All of its broadband deals come with a basic landline connection already included.

You can stick with that and pay for calls as you go, or chatty households can upgrade to add inclusive minutes.

Better yet: if you want the most comprehensive pay-TV on the market, add Sky TV to your package as well and potentially save a few quid.

It’s all up to you – you can mix and match your Sky bundle however you wish.

Once you’ve chosen your broadband, you can pick a phone package from these options:

  • Pay as you go calls – included as standard with all Sky broadband

  • Evenings and Weekends Extra – gives you unlimited evening and weekend calls to UK landlines and mobiles

  • Anytime Extra – unlimited anytime calls to UK landlines and mobiles

Can I get Sky broadband and phone deals in my area?

Sky broadband piggybacks on the Openreach network, so it’s very widely available.

Its standard fibre broadband is on offer to nearly everyone; full fibre (FTTP) broadband is available to many of us; but the fastest gigabit internet is only in a handful of areas right now. That includes quite a few cities and large towns – if you live in one, you could be in luck.

What other broadband packages does Sky offer?

Well, that’s it really. Broadband on its own without a phone line isn’t available from Sky – but at least that means you won’t pay any extra costs if you want a landline.

Beyond that, you’re really just free to pick and choose what you want in your package. That could be standard broadband with international calls, uber-speedy ultrafast internet with no inclusive calls at all, or whatever combo fits your household best.

And you can of course add on TV to make a broadband, phone, and TV bundle, or add Sky Mobile too.
