Why choose Truespeed?

  • Offers ultrafast fibre speeds

  • Simple ordering process

  • Good customer satisfaction rating

*Average speeds are based on the download speeds of at least 50% of customers at peak time (8pm to 10pm). Speed can be affected by a range of technical and environmental factors. The speed you receive where you live may be lower than that listed above. You can check the estimated speed to your property prior to purchasing.

Fibre/cable services at your postcode are subject to availability. You can confirm availability on the provider's website.

Some broadband providers may increase monthly prices each year during your contract. Please refer to individual broadband provider's terms and conditions before signing up.

About Truespeed

If you’re in the South West of England, Truespeed is a provider dedicated to bringing you some of the fastest broadband on the market.

It offers packages with guaranteed download speeds of at least 150Mbps – the kind of speed guarantee that few other providers can offer, making Truespeed one of the most reliable suppliers around.

And it’s a full fibre service, meaning you get ultrafast ‘fibre-to-the-premises’ (FTTP) broadband.

Why choose Truespeed broadband?

Truespeed's impressive broadband speeds and very competitive prices means it's well worth a look.

We also like that all contracts are just 12 months, which means they're a much less lengthy commitment than the 18-month and 24-month contracts that are standard with many household-name broadband providers.

It's also notable that Truespeed's customer support are super local to the South West and that servicing and repairs are free of charge.

You can get Truespeed without a landline. but it's worth noting that if you do opt to have a landline it won't actually cost you anything.

Truespeed also offers a handful of telephone packages and phone line bolt-ons for features like unlimited calls.

Truespeed TV bundles

Truespeed doesn't offer packages that bundle pay TV with broadband. So there's no option to save money by bundling them together.

However, you can still get a pay-TV service. You could, for instance, sign up separately for Sky TV via satellite, And you'll still be able to get subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+ and other streaming services too.

If you can't get Truespeed broadband...

At the time of writing Truespeed is available to around 50,000 homes. So there's every chance it's not available where you live.

But if that's the case, there are plenty of good lesser-known full fibre providers that are worth a look, including Hyperoptic, Cuckoo, Community Fibre or Gigaclear.

And, of course, don't rule out the household-name providers, such as BT, EE and Virgin Media, all of whom offer a full fibre service that may be available where you live.
