Frequently asked questions
Is there a waiting period before I can claim?
There is a 14-day waiting period for most illnesses and accidents under all ManyPets plans. Any claim within that period won’t be covered.
Does ManyPets cover routine care?
Routine or preventive care (e.g., vaccinations, neutering/spaying, microchipping, preventive dental care, flea/tick/worming treatments) is not covered in a ManyPets policy.
Can I cancel my policy?
If you're within 14 days of your policy with ManyPets starting (or of receiving your documents—whichever is later), you can cancel and get a full refund, provided you haven’t made a claim.
After the Cooling-Off Period you are still able to cancel at any time. You should receive a refund for the unused portion of your policy—unless you’ve made a claim.
Is there an age limit?
Pets must be at least 4 weeks old to be covered by ManyPets but there is no upper age limit—ManyPets welcomes pets of any age. However, once your pet turns 7, a 20% co-payment applies to every claim.
Can I get multi-pet discounts?
You can mix and match different plans with ManyPets for different pets and receive a multi‑pet discount, except on the "Value £2k" and "Fixed For Life" plans.
