Sara joined MoneySuperMarket in 2021 as Head of Insurance Partnerships before moving on to lead the Motor Insurance business. She now oversees both Motor and Home, driving growth through clear strategy, digital innovation and strong partnerships. With a proven record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results in complex markets, Sara continues to build on MoneySuperMarket’s position as a trusted name in insurance.

Her career highlights include:

  • Leading the re-platforming of key insurance technology and digitalisation programmes.

  • Driving new product strategies and retention initiatives.

  • Spearheading major partnerships, such as Auto Trader and LifeSearch, embedding insurance more deeply into customer journeys.

Before MoneySuperMarket, Sara held senior commercial roles where she was responsible for designing propositions, negotiating partnerships, and delivering multi-million-pound insurance portfolios.
