How do I switch to EE?
To switch to or from EE broadband, all you need to do is sign up to a package with EE broadband, providing you’re with BT, Sky, TalkTalk and most other big-name providers and EE will do the rest. It’ll contact your current your current provider, and organise the switch for you.
The only major exception is if you’re switching from Virgin Media, in which case you’ll also need to get in touch with Virgin Media to tell them you’d like to cancel.
Keep in mind this only covers broadband; if you want to cancel your TV package and go with EE, you’ll need to contact your current provider to cancel your services.
