How soon can you make a claim with Hometree?
You can make a claim with Hometree 14 days after your plan goes live.
Unfortunately that means you can’t make a claim straight away, but the good news is that you only need to wait two weeks after signing up.
Incidentally, Hometree plans also allow you a 14-day ‘cooling off’ period. If you change your mind within the first two weeks and want to cancel for any reason whatsoever, you can do so without penalty.
Does Hometree carry out boiler servicing?
Yes. Annual boiler service is included in all Hometree plans. If a fault is found, it’ll be fixed during the service, or a repair will be booked in for later.
