SuperSaveClub Event Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub event on Thursday 2 May 2024
1. The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are promoted by Moneysupermarket.com Limited (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”), whose registered office is at MoneySuperMarket House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ.
2. These Terms and Conditions will apply to attendees at the SuperSaveClub event on Thursday 2nd May 2024 (“Attendees”)
3. Attendees agree that photography and video captured at the venue of the SuperSaveClub event can be used in the following ways:
a) in blog posts and articles on Moneysupermarket.com (the “Website”);
b) to share with journalists to publish;
c) in our annual report;
d) in marketing communications activities; and
e) on social media.
Please speak to a member of the team at the event if you have any questions or do not wish to be featured.
4. Subject to paragraph 2 of these Terms and Conditions, you must meet the following criteria (the “Eligibility Criteria”) to be an Attendee:
a) you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over;
b) you must have a valid email address and telephone number;
c) you must be a member of MoneySuperMarket’s SuperSaveClub or have been otherwise invited to attend by MoneySuperMarket; and
d) you must consent to being featured in photography or video captured by the Promoter at the SuperSaveClub event for use as outlined in section 3.
5. By attending the SuperSaveClub event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. In the case of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Website terms and conditions, the Website terms and conditions will take precedence.
6. Attendance is limited to invitees only.
At the SuperSaveClub event
7. Attendees at the SuperSaveClub event will have the opportunity to win prizes including Gift Cards and cash prizes (“Prizes”).
Gift cards will be given at the SuperSaveClub event with a face value of £5, £10 or £15 redeemable at Amazon.co.uk (the “Gift Card”).
8. The Gift Card is subject to its own terms and conditions which are different to these Terms and Conditions; it’s important that you carefully read and understand these. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with the terms and conditions applying to any third party website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with the terms and conditions.
9. The Gift Card is subject to availability and may be changed by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
10. The Gift Card is non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted by you for cash value. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Gift Card and not specifically included in the Gift Card.
11. The Gift Card will be valid for 10 years from issuance. It’s important that you claim your Gift Card before the date of expiry as we are not liable for reissuing Gift Cards once expired.
12. Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the SuperSaveClub event. Winners will be contacted by email to provide details for the bank account to receive the transfer.
13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with any Prize and not specifically included in any Prize.
14. By submitting your details for the SuperSaveClub event you consent to the Promoter using the email address or telephone number you have provided for the Promoter to contact you (i) to provide further detail with regard to this event and (ii) to obtain the information the Promoter needs to enable them to transfer a cash prize to you.
15. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner throughout the duration of this event. MoneySuperMarket reserves the right to remove any attendee who fails to do so or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
16. MoneySuperMarket shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury incurred by attendees during the event, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
17. MoneySuperMarket reserves the right to make changes to the event detail, including but not limited to the date, time, location, or agenda, or to cancel the event altogether at is discretion. In the event of cancellation, MoneySuperMarket will notify registered attendees as quickly as possible.
18. If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
19. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
