What is the MoneySuperMarket Broadband Prize Draw?

The Broadband Prize Draw is a promotional giveaway where eligible customers who purchase a broadband contract through MoneySuperMarket.com before 31st March 2026 are automatically entered into a prize draw to win a cash prize.

When does the Prize Draw close?

The Prize Draw closes at 23:59 on 31st March 2026. Purchases must be completed before this time to qualify.

Who is eligible to enter?

To be eligible, customers must:

Be 18 years or over
Be a resident of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)
Complete a broadband purchase through MoneySuperMarket.com
Be signed into their MoneySuperMarket account at the time of purchase
Ensure the broadband contract remains live after the 14-day statutory cooling-off period
Not be an employee (or immediate family member of an employee) of MoneySuperMarket, its group companies, or agencies involved in the promotion

Are customers in Northern Ireland eligible?

No. Residents of Northern Ireland are not eligible to enter this Prize Draw.

How many entries can a customer have?

Only one entry per person is permitted. Even if a customer makes multiple broadband purchases, they will only receive one valid entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be void.

How does a customer enter the Prize Draw?

To enter, the customer must:

Be signed into their MoneySuperMarket account.
Purchase a broadband contract through MoneySuperMarket.com.
Ensure the broadband contract remains live beyond the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.

Entry is automatic once these conditions are met.

Do customers need to fill in a separate form to enter?

No separate entry form is required.

Customers may be asked to confirm their name and email address during the process. These details are used only to administer the Prize Draw.

What are the prizes?

There are three cash prizes:

3rd Prize - Cash equivalent of 12 months of the cheapest Ultra Fast (900mb+) broadband available on MoneySuperMarket.com - Maximum value: £300

2nd Prize - Cash equivalent of 24 months of the cheapest Ultra Fast (900mb+) broadband available - Maximum value: £600

1st Prize - Cash equivalent of 60 months of the cheapest Ultra Fast (900mb+) broadband available - Maximum value: £1,500

How is the winner selected?

Winners are selected at random using a randomiser tool. If a selected winner does not meet the eligibility criteria, another winner will be chosen. The Promoter’s decision is final. (That’s us)

When will winners be notified?

Winners will be notified 90 days after the Closing Date via the email address linked to their MoneySuperMarket account.

How long does the winner have to respond?

The winner must respond within 14 days of receiving the notification email. They must:

Accept the prize
Confirm the email address for payment
Provide proof of identity and any requested information

If no valid response is received within 14 days, the prize may be reallocated to another winner.

When will the prize be paid?

The Promoter aims to pay the prize within 120 days of the Closing Date, subject to:

Confirmation that the broadband contract remains live after the 14-day cancellation period
Completion of identity and eligibility checks

What happens if the broadband contract is cancelled?

If the broadband contract:

Is cancelled during the statutory cooling-off period, or
Is invalidated before the Closing Date

The entry may become invalid and the customer may lose eligibility.

What details will be made public if someone wins?

Unless the winner objects in writing:

Their surname
Their county
Prize details

may be used for promotional purposes.

Anyone can request the surname and county of the winner by writing to the Promoter within one month of the Closing Date and enclosing a self-addressed envelope.

If a winner objects to publication, the Promoter must still provide details to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

How is personal data used?

To contact winners
To verify eligibility
