Broadband prize draw March 2026

This prize draw giveaway (the "Prize Draw") is promoted by MoneySuperMarket.com Limited (company number 03947327) (the "Promoter","we" or "us"), whose registered office is at MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, CH5 3UZ. This Prize Draw is governed by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

1.1 Eligibility

To be eligible to take part in the Prize Draw, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and meet all of the following criteria (the "Eligibility Criteria"):

  • you must not be an employee or a family member of an employee of the Promoter, any member of the Promoter’s group or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and/or administration of this Prize Draw;

  • only one person per purchase is eligible for this Prize Draw;

  • only one entry per individual is permitted, regardless of the number of purchases made;

  • you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom, (excluding Northern Ireland).

  • entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted;

  • you must follow the Prize claim procedure set out in paragraph 4 ‘How it works’; and

  • the Prize Draw will end on 31st March 2026 at 23:59 (the “Closing Date”). For the purposes of this clause 2 “group” shall have the meaning given to it in section 1261 of the Companies Act 2006.

1.2 The Prizes

  • There will be three Prizes available, 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize, drawn in reverse order.

  • The value of the Prizes will be:

    • 3rd Prize – A cash payment equivalent to the cost of 12 months supply of the cheapest Ultra Fast (900mb+)Broadband available on MoneySupermarket.com, subject to a maximum of £300

    • 2nd Prize - A cash payment equivalent to the cost of 24 months supply of the cheapest Ultra Fast (900mb+) Broadband available on MoneySupermarket.com, subject to a maximum of £600

    • 1st Prize - A cash payment equivalent to the cost of 60 months supply of the cheapest Ultra Fast (900mb+) Broadband available on MoneySupermarket.com, subject to a maximum of £1500

  • The Prize is awarded as a cash payment only. There is no alternative prize and no substitution, replacement or exchange of the Prize (in whole or in part) is available.

  • Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not specifically included in the Prize.

1.3 How it works

  • To enter the Prize Draw, you must be signed into MoneySuperMarket.com and complete the purchase of a broadband contract which you have obtained through MoneySuperMarket.com which must remain live and not cancelled during the statutory cooling-off period. As part of the entry process, participants may be asked to provide their name and email address. These details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, including communicating with winners and arranging prize delivery.

  • One entry per person. Multiple purchases or entries by the same person will be considered to be void.

  • The winner (subject to eligibility) will be selected at random by using a randomiser tool. Should the winner not meet the Eligibility Criteria then their winner status and entitlement will become void and another winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoter as to the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • The winner will be notified 90 days after the Closing Date via the email address linked to your MoneySuperMarket account. The winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of receiving notification with a response which:

    • accepts the Prize; and

    • confirms the email address for which the prize will be delivered to

  • In the event that the Promoter does not receive a valid response from a winner within the 14-day period (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion), the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize to a new winner who will be notified and must respond in this same way and in the same timeframes as set out

  • By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that the information you provide in order to verify the value of the Prize is true and accurate.

  • We reserve the right to ask for additional information to verify eligibility.

  • We shall endeavour to pay the Prize within 120 days of the Closing Date, subject to confirmation that the broadband contract remains live following the expiry of the 14 day statutory cancellation period.

  • Winners will be contacted via email to arrange the payment of the relevant Prize. This will include a requirement for the winners to confirm proof of identity and additional contact details.

1.4 By taking part in this Prize Draw, you agree:

  • to these Terms and Conditions;

  • to the terms of the Promoter's Privacy Notice; and

  • that by entering this Prize Draw you consent to us using the email you have provided to contact you in relation to the Prize, or any queries we may have in relation to your Purchase.

  • If you are a winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, county and prize details for reasonable promotional purposes relating to this Prize Draw, unless you object in writing

The Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner, to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at Contact Centre Manager, MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

1.5 Data and Privacy

  • By participating in this Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in particular in this paragraph 7.

  • We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with the privacy policy applying to any third-party website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that privacy policy.

1.6 General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the Prize if, in our sole discretion, it appears that a person claiming it does not fully meet the Eligibility Criteria, if a Purchase is cancelled or invalidated prior to the Closing Date, or we deem the Purchase to have been made fraudulently, invalidly or using automated means. We reserve the right to require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility from any person claiming a Prize.

  • Any additional costs which may be incurred by this Prize Draw in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services are not included in the Prize Draw and must be paid by you separately.

  • No alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part for the Prize, except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The Prize is subject to promotional availability and is not transferable.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, late, lost or fraudulent entries). Any statutory rights you have are not affected.

  • Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time before you have accepted it/them, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the Prize at any time.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure or regulatory intervention.s

  • If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
