MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub  Terms and conditions 

1. These terms and conditions govern the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub (“SSC Terms”).  You should contact us if you need help in understanding any part of them.  

2. MoneySuperMarket is the trading name of MoneySuperMarket.com Limited ("MoneySuperMarket", "we" or "us") who provide the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub.  MoneySuperMarket’s registered office is at MoneySuperMarket House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ.  

 What is the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub?  

3. As well as our MoneySuperMarket Refer a Friend and Super Save Price Promise offers, we want to find other ways to reward customers by helping you find more ways to be a super saver. Once a SuperSaveClub member, you will be eligible for our Free Days Out annual pass reward. You can also earn rewards every time you buy selected products through MoneySuperMarket and by referring friends to buy certain products through MoneySuperMarket Refer a Friend, or when you use Super Save Club.  These rewards can be used at selected brands, helping you to save more money.  As a SuperSaveClub member you’ll also have access to discount codes and offers from leading brands.  

 Eligibility for MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub   

4. To be eligible to join the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and receive SuperSaveClub Rewards (see section 17 below) you must: 

(i) be a UK resident and aged 17 or over; 

(ii) have a MoneySuperMarket account; and  

(iii) have made a Qualifying Purchase from 4 September 2023 using the same email address used for your MoneySuperMarket account, 

(together, the “Eligibility Criteria”).   

5. MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub membership is at our discretion and meeting the Eligibility Criteria does not mean you will automatically become a member of MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub, nor are we responsible or liable to you to do this.  

 How to create a MoneySuperMarket account   

 Via the moneysupermarket.com website:  

6. To create an account, go to our website at www.moneysupermarket.com and select "Log in". Enter your email address in the box below the instructions to "Log in or Create an Account" and provide the required details to sign up. You’ll then need to follow the instructions contained in the email response before your MoneySuperMarket account is activated. 

Via the MoneySuperMarket App:  

7. Download the MoneySuperMarket app (“App”) from your iOS or Android mobile device or tablet Application Store and tap on the “Create Account” button. Then enter your email address and follow the instructions in the email response. Once the App is downloaded to your device, log into your MoneySuperMarket account by entering your email address and password that you used to create your account.

9. We’ll also make our Super Save Price Promise to you that if you make a Qualifying Purchase and then find a cheaper like for like quote, you can submit a claim to be refunded the price difference and receive a SuperSaveClub Reward.  

 MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub  

10. If you have met the Eligibility Criteria you will be eligible to join MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and your MoneySuperMarket account will include a new SuperSaveClub section.  Unless you’ve recently logged on, you’ll need to first log in to your account using the website or App.  Once you’re logged in well let you know about the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub benefits you have waiting for you. By clicking “Join Now” you’ll be taken to the SuperSaveClub section of your MoneySuperMarket account. 

11. As a MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub member, we'll email you when you have SuperSaveClub Rewards. If you’ve given us permission, we’ll also let you know about ways to maximise super savings and SuperSaveClub Rewards.  

12. These terms and conditions are applicable across the entire MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub scheme and any participation is considered as acceptance. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for different offers, including, but are not limited to, Refer a Friend and Super Save Price Promise. Your participation in these parts of MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub will be considered as acceptance of the additional terms and conditions. 

13. Members are entitled to access SuperSaveClub Rewards through only one MoneySuperMarket  account each. We reserve the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time. 

14. It is your responsibility to register your personal details and let us know of any changes. MoneySuperMarket is not responsible for any loss of SuperSaveClub Rewards incurred as a result of out of date details. Members  with out of date details may be removed from MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and SuperSaveClub Rewards may be forfeited. 

15. MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and SuperSaveClub Rewards are for personal and consumer use only.  

16. We may decline or withdraw access to the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and SuperSaveClub Rewards in whatever form where there is reasonable belief of any abuse or attempted abuse of the SuperSaveClub Rewards scheme; any breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the different offers available in MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub; any behaviour relating to the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub, MoneySuperMarket or Moneysupermarket Group that involves fraud, theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information. 

 SuperSaveClub Rewards 

 17. As a member of MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub you’ll be entitled to: 

(i) MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass; 

(ii) gift cards of between £5 to £15 every time you make a Further Purchase on the MoneySuperMarket website or App (“Save More, Get More”).  

(iii) gift cards of up to £20 where you Refer a Friend

(iv) refunds and gift cards of up to £20 where you use our Super Save Price Promise;

(v) and access to partner discount codes and offers, together, the “SuperSaveClub Reward(s)”.  

18. Where product providers offer additional vouchers or discounts for purchasing their products through the MoneySuperMarket website or App, these will be distinct from the SuperSaveClub Rewards and the terms and conditions of the product provider will apply.  

19. MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub members will have access to offers and discounts. Access to partner discount codes and offers is made available to you through cashback service Quidco Limited, a Moneysupermarket Group company and other chosen partners.  Where MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub gives access to partner discounts and/or offers, the partner terms and conditions will apply. We accept no responsibility for how they administer their discounts and offers and these may be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.  

20. Section 20 of SSC Terms. As a member of MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub, you’ll also have access to a MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass, letting you visit the UK’s top attractions for free over 12 consecutive months. This will start from the date you become eligible to join MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub. To access the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass, you’ll need to use the MoneySuperMarket App. See section 7 on how to download the App. When you open the App click on the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub icon. On the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub tab, you’ll need to click on the “Book You Free Day Out” button to take you to the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out website. The MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass is managed by TLC Worldwide UK Limited (“TLC”) and is subject to the MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out Terms and Conditions which are incorporated into these terms and conditions.

21. You can make the following Further Purchases to Save More, Get More: 

 Refer a Friend 

22. You will receive a £20 gift card SuperSaveClub Reward where you Refer a Friend.  

23. You must have received by email or in your Account, a unique referral link and shared the unique referral link with eligible friend/s (“Friend/s”). Eligible “Friend/s” must: (i) be a new MoneySuperMarket.com customer or not have purchased car insurance, home insurance or broadband through the MoneySuperMarket website or App since 1 January 2020; and (ii) have received and used a unique referral link from you to the MoneySuperMarket.com website or App and then either logged into or created an Account to then purchase car insurance, home insurance or broadband.  The following products are excluded from this offer: (i) temporary car insurance, van insurance; (ii) renters/tenants or landlord insurance.

24. You can share the unique referral links with an unlimited number of Friends save that they will not be usable if the Friends don’t meet the eligibility criteria set out in section 23.  

25. Within 60 days of your Friend’s purchase of car insurance, home insurance or broadband using the unique referral link, we’ll decide whether you and your Friend have satisfied the requirements to receive the SuperSaveClub Reward.  We reserve the right to ask for additional information to verify eligibility.   

 Super Save Price Promise  

26. You must: have made the Qualifying Purchase between 00:00 on 24 October 2022 and 23:59 on 14 May 2024.  Purchases made before or after these dates cannot be accepted. 

27. The cheaper quote must:  

(i) be like for like against the Qualifying Purchase with you inputting the same information to generate the cheaper quote that you used for the Qualifying Purchase; 

(ii) be from the same product provider as the product provider of the Qualifying Purchase

(iii) have the same policy product features as the Qualifying Purchase;  

(iv) be offered to the same name and address; 

(v) have been generated by you on the same day (GMT) as the purchase of the Qualifying Purchase;

(vi) offer a saving of at least 1 pence;

(vii) be offered through a UK price comparison website or product provider direct (“Third Party Product Providers”); 

(viii) not be made in conjunction with any other offer from the Third Party Product Providers, 

together, the “Cheaper Quote”. 

28. You must not use any cashback site, such as Quidco as part of the Qualifying Purchase.   

29. You must provide proof of the Qualifying Purchase and the Cheaper Quote (screen shots of the Cheaper Quote with the date, required product features as listed in the claim form (and price, together with any Cheaper Quote email you received if you cannot date your screen shots). 

30. Only 1 person per Qualifying Purchase is eligible for the Super Save Price Promise offer.   

31. The Super Save Price Promise refund is based on the difference between the Cheaper Quote and the annual premium of the Qualifying Purchase before any interest payable on premium finance is applied (“Refund”).  

32. The SuperSaveClub Reward for Super Save Price Promise is a gift card from £5 to £20, depending on what the Qualifying Purchase was. For all Qualifying Purchases except for Annual Travel Insurance this will be £20. For Annual Travel Insurance this will be £5. 

33. To receive the Refund and gift card you must complete and submit a claim form with all of the required information within 30 days of making the Qualifying Purchase.  By submitting the claim form, you confirm that the information you provided is true and accurate.  We reserve the right to ask for additional information to verify eligibility.  

34. We will email you within 2 days of submission to let you know that we’ve received your claim form. 

35. We'll decide within 15 working days if you meet the Super Save Price Promise conditions listed at sections 26-30 above.  If we determine that you do not meet the conditions, we will email you to let you know.   

36. If we determine that you are eligible to receive the Refund and SuperSaveClub Reward, we'll email you with a link to send securely the bank details for the account you’d like the Refund to be paid into.  This link is managed by SendSafely. Please read their terms and conditions and privacy policy to understand how your details are securely shared with us and how they use your data. You must use SendSafely to receive the Refund.  Once we've received the bank details via SendSafely we will process your Refund within 10 working days.  

37. If we do not hear from you within 30 days of requesting your bank details, you will forfeit your Refund and gift card.  

38. Within 10 working days of providing us your bank details we'll begin the gift card claim procedure, (see How to convert SuperSaveClub Rewards below). 

 SuperSaveClub Rewards Hub  

39. You'll be able to view any MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Rewards you’ve earnt through Further Purchases under the “MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub” section in your MoneySuperMarket account, or in the App. You'll be emailed separately by Giftcloud (see below) to let you know about MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Rewards you’ve earnt through the MoneySuperMarket Refer a Friend or Super Save Price Promise offers.  

40. The MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Wallet will let you know the total monetary value of the SuperSaveClub Rewards you’ve earned through Further Purchases. It will also let you know the amount that is redeemable at that time and any amounts that are pending. SuperSaveClub Rewards will be labelled in your MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Wallet as pending until the Further Purchase is completed and the sale is confirmed. Once confirmed, the SuperSaveClub Rewards will be redeemable and may be redeemed in whole, or in part. Once redeemed, your SuperSaveClub Rewards will be listed as redeemed. You will not be able to use pending SuperSaveClub Rewards.   

41. To redeem your SuperSaveClub Rewards in whole, or in part, you’ll need to click go into the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub in your account and click into your SuperSaveClub Wallet.  

42. SuperSaveClub Rewards are valid for 12 months from the date they are made “redeemable” in your SuperSaveClub Wallet and are accompanied by an expiry date, beyond which they cannot be used or reissued.  

43. Where you have earnt MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Rewards through MoneySuperMarket Refer a Friend or Super Save Price Promise you’ll receive an email from GiftCloud.  You’ll need to click on the email link you receive from GiftCloud. 

44. You will have access to the SuperSaveClub  Rewards for 12 months after becoming eligible to join MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub. After then, you’ll need to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria to become a SuperSaveClub member again. 

How to convert SuperSaveClub Rewards  

45. The SuperSaveClub Rewards gift card claim procedure is managed by GiftCloud on our behalf. See section 20 for accessing MoneySuperMarket Free Days Out annual pass. 

46. To enable you to claim the SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards we'll need to share your data with GiftCloud. Your data will only be shared with GiftCloud if you have met the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Eligibility Criteria and have had SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards confirmed.  

47. If you are eligible to claim SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards, within 72 hours of pressing the “Redeem” button confirming you’d like to go ahead and redeem, you’ll receive an email from GiftCloud.  This email will enable you to claim your SuperSaveClub Rewards gift card.  By clicking on the email link you’ll be able to select which brand of gift card you’d like and provide an email address or mobile number for where you’d like the gift card to be sent. Once you’ve done this, the gift card will be sent to the email address or mobile number that you’ve chosen.   

48. You will have up to 30 days from GiftCloud’s email to claim your SuperSaveClub Rewards gift card.  You will forfeit your SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards if you do not claim your SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards within that time.  Please ensure that the email address no-reply@giftcloud.com is added to your safe-senders list, in order to prevent any likelihood of the emails landing in the spam folder. 

49. If the SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards are not received 72 hours after you’ve redeemed them then you should contact rewards@moneysupermarket.com, who are open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm. 

50. The SuperSaveClub Reward gift cards are subject to the Reward issuer’s (i.e. Sainsbury’s, Just Eat, Argos and Amazon.co.uk, B&Q and Lastminute.com) own terms and conditions  (which are different from ours). It is very important that you read and understand these  terms and conditions  before you claim your SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards. They will be made available to you at the point when you can claim your SuperSaveClub Rewards gift cards. 

51. If you've joined the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub you’ll also have access to discount codes and offers which you will automatically be able to use. These discount codes and offers can be found in the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Club Perks section of your account and is updated regularly.  

 Important Information  

52. YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN TO YOUR MONEYSUPERMARKET ACCOUNT AND MAKE QUALIFYING PURCHASES, FURTHER PURCHASES, AND/OR REFERRALS THROUGH THE MONEYSUPERMARKET WEBSITE OR APP OR USE THE SUPER SAVE PRICE PROMISE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR MONEYSUPERMARKET SUPERSAVECLUB REWARDS.   SuperSaveClub Rewards will not be awarded for non-qualifying purchases. Other products may also be excluded from SuperSaveClub Rewards at our discretion.  Incomplete applications or switches or purchases that are cancelled or reversed within 14 days of purchase, or in the case of insurance products, within the later of 14 days from when the policy begins or when you receive your policy documents, or made through channels apart from the MoneySuperMarket website or the App (for example, through product providers direct) or through cashback sites including Quidco will not be eligible for SuperSaveClub Rewards.  

53. The SuperSaveClub Rewards are non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be substituted for any other prize, reward or other cash value except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The SuperSaveClub Rewards are subject to promotional availability, are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.  Members can redeem a maximum of £250 in any one gift card. 

54. A maximum of one £20 gift card is available for each of the referrer and the Friend for each car insurance, home insurance or broadband product referral that’s made through the MoneySuperMarket website or App.  

55. A maximum of one £20 gift card is available for each validated Cheaper Quote.  

56. Gift cards already redeemable may be removed or cancelled if we consider that the gift cards were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were earnt fraudulently, invalidly, using automated means, or in error.  

57. MoneySuperMarket may set a limit on the number of SuperSaveClub Rewards that may be earnt. Any purchase of products, Qualifying Purchases, Further Purchases, participation in promotional offers including Refer a Friend or the Super Save Price Promise above and beyond what could reasonably be considered consumer behaviour or personal use may be deemed to be an abuse of the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub. 

58. MoneySuperMarket will be entitled to cancel or remove SuperSaveClub Rewards at any time if purchases are cancelled, reversed or amended for any reason. 

59. SuperSaveClub Rewards already redeemable may be removed or cancelled if we consider that the SuperSaveClub Rewards were collected in breach of these terms and conditions or were earnt fraudulently, invalidly, using automated means, or in error.  

60. By joining MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub, you agree: 

(i) to these MoneySuperMarket SSC Terms and the Website and App Terms and Conditions;  

(ii) to our Privacy Policy; and

(iii) that, as between you and us, all intellectual property rights in any documents, images, photos, or pictures submitted to join MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub or redeem SuperSaveClub Rewards will become the property of MoneySuperMarket and can be used by us in our absolute discretion. 

61. In the event of any conflict between these MoneySuperMarket SSC Terms and the Website Terms and Conditions, these MoneySuperMarket SSC Terms will apply.  

Your Data  

62. We use third parties SendSafely to manage Refunds and TLC and GiftCloud to manage the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub Rewards.  Their use of your data will be governed by their applicable privacy policies. See TLC and GiftCloud privacy policies which are different from our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and agree with the privacy policies of SendSafely, TLC and GiftCloud. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with the privacy policy applying to any third party website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that privacy policy. 

General 

63. Our decision regarding any aspect of MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and/or SuperSaveClub Rewards is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.  

64. We're not responsible for any additional costs which may be incurred by you in the context of participation in the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and/or SuperSaveClub Rewards, such as internet costs and other additional services and must be paid by you separately.

65. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub, SuperSaveClub Rewards and/or these terms and conditions (including without limitation) as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction. Any statutory rights you have are not affected. 

66. Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub or accepting or using the SuperSaveClub Rewards except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected. 

67. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel and/or modify these MoneySuperMarket SSC Terms, at any time, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub and/or SuperSaveClub Rewards at any time. 

68. If any paragraph in these MoneySuperMarket SSC Terms is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these MoneySuperMarket SuperSaveClub terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.  

69. These MoneySuperMarket SSC Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these terms and conditions.
