- Device must be fully functional and able to power on/off.
- Original UK/European specification, meeting manufacturer standards.
- All features must work perfectly (microphone, earpiece, camera, screen, touch, etc.).
- Complete with battery and back cover (if removable).
- Screen must be intact with no cracks, chips, heavy marks, dead pixels, lines, burn-in, discoloration, or touch issues.
- No scratches, cracks, chips, bends, or missing/replaced parts; only very light signs of use are acceptable. Battery health must be at least 85%.
- LCD and touchscreen must be fully working and Cameras must be free of black dots.
- No water or liquid damage and No software or hardware faults.
- Original components only (no counterfeit parts).
- All PINs, passwords, screen locks, and iCloud/Samsung/Google accounts removed.
- Must accept a UK SIM, make calls, and connect to Wi-Fi.
- Device must be unlocked or locked to a UK network only.
- Watches must include an original reusable strap and original charger (affects final quote), with battery health of at least 85%.
