Household Bills Prize Draw OCTOBER 2026

This prize draw (the "Prize Draw") is promoted by MoneySuperMarket.com Limited (company number 03947327) (the "Promoter", "we" or "us"), whose registered office is at MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, CH5 3UZ. The Prize Draw is governed by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

1. Eligibility

To take part in the Prize Draw, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and meet all of the following criteria (the "Eligibility Criteria"):

• you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom;

• you must not be an employee, or an immediate family member of an employee, of the Promoter, any member of the Promoter’s group, any provider or administrator involved in the Savings by MoneySuperMarket propositions, or any company or agency directly connected with the creation or administration of the Prize Draw;

• during the Promotion Period, you must hold a Savings by MoneySuperMarket account; (an "Eligible Account");

• during the Promotion Period, you must make one or more Qualifying Contributions totaling at least £100 into an Eligible Account;

• entries made through agencies or third parties will not be accepted;

• you must follow the prize claim procedure described under "How it works"; and

• the Prize Draw will open at 00:00 on 14th October and close at 23:59 on 31^st October 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

The Prize Draw is open to existing and new Savings by MoneySuperMarket customers who satisfy the Eligibility Criteria during the Promotion Period.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "group" has the meaning given in section 1261 of the Companies Act 2006.

2. How entries are calculated

A "Qualifying Contribution" means money paid by you during the Promotion Period into an Eligible Account, provided that:

• for a Savings by MoneySuperMarket account, the money has been credited to the account or the customer has completed all steps required to make the deposit before the Closing Date, even if settlement occurs shortly afterwards; and

• the contribution is not reversed, cancelled, withdrawn or transferred out of the relevant Eligible Account before the Closing Date.

You will receive one entry for every complete £100 of Qualifying Contributions made during the Promotion Period. Qualifying Contributions will be aggregated across all of your Eligible Accounts. For example, total Qualifying Contributions of £500 will result in five entries.

The number of entries is based on the amount paid into a Savings by MoneySuperMarket account.

Opening multiple Eligible Accounts does not itself provide additional entries. There is no entry for any part of a Qualifying Contribution below a complete £100.

If you withdraw or transfer money out of any Eligible Account during the Promotion Period, all of your Prize Draw entries will be void and you will no longer be eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

3. The Prize

• There is one Prize available.

• The prize consists of a one-off deposit of £5,000 (the "Prize") into a one-year fixed-rate savings account.

• No alternative prize is available and the Prize is non-transferable. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax or other consequences arising from receipt or use of the Prize.

4. How it works

If you satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, the relevant entry or entries will be made automatically. You do not need to submit a separate entry form.

The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries using a computer-generated random selection process within 10 working days after the Closing Date.

The Promoter may ask for information reasonably required to verify eligibility, the number of entries and the winner’s identity. If a selected entrant does not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, the selection will be void and another winner may be chosen.

The winner will be notified using the email address linked to the winner’s MoneySuperMarket account. The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification, accept the Prize, confirm the email address and provide any information reasonably requested to arrange payment.

If the Promoter does not receive a valid response within 14 days, or the winner cannot receive the Prize into an Eligible Account, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

The Promoter will instruct Bondsmith to pay the Prize within 45 days after the winner has been verified and has provided the information required for payment.

The Promoter’s decision on eligibility, entry calculation, winner selection and administration of the Prize Draw is final, subject to applicable law.

5. Publicity and winner information

The Promoter may use the winner’s surname, county and Prize details for reasonable promotional purposes relating to the Prize Draw, unless the winner objects in writing.

The Promoter will make the winner’s surname and county available to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date, enclosing a self-addressed envelope, to: Contact Centre Manager, MONY Group House, St. David’s Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ. A winner may object to this information being published or made available by writing to the same address. The Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

6. Data protection

The Promoter will use personal data to identify eligible entrants, select and contact the winner, verify eligibility and arrange payment of the Prize. The Promoter’s Privacy Policy explains how personal data is used.

To administer the Prize Draw, the Promoter may share relevant information with the providers or administrators of Savings by MoneySuperMarket including Bondsmith . Bondsmith’s own privacy policy will apply to their use of personal data.

Personal data collected specifically for the Prize Draw will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the Prize Draw, deal with queries and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. If you do not wish to participate in the Prize Draw you may opt out by contacting our Customer Service team.

7. General

• The Promoter may withhold or withdraw the Prize where an entrant does not satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, provides false or misleading information, manipulates the entry process, acts fraudulently, uses automated means or otherwise gains an unfair advantage.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or not properly registered because of technical, network, hardware, software or account-processing failures outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.

• The Promoter may cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where reasonably necessary because of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, tampering, technical failure or regulatory intervention. Any change will be made in a way that seeks to avoid unfairly disadvantaging existing entrants.

• The Promoter may substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

• Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to this, the Promoter will not be responsible for loss or damage that is not a foreseeable result of the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

• Entries made jointly or on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

8. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
