Savings by MoneySuperMarket prize draw May 2026
This prize draw giveaway (the "Prize Draw") is promoted by MoneySuperMarket.com Limited (company number 03947327) (the "Promoter", "we" or "us"), whose registered office is at MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, CH5 3UZ.This Prize Draw is governed by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions"). Bondsmith Savings Ltd is acting solely as the administrator (the "Administrator”) and is administering the prize.
1.1 Eligibility
To be eligible to take part in the Prize Draw, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and meet all of the following criteria (the "Eligibility Criteria"):
you must not be an employee or a family member of an employee of the Promoter or Administrator, any member of the Promoter’s group or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and/or administration of this Prize Draw;
only one person per Savings by MoneySuperMarket account is eligible for this Prize Draw;
only one entry per individual is permitted, regardless of the number of deposits over £100 made. For the avoidance of doubt opening multiple Savings by MoneySuperMarket accounts will not increase your chances of winning;
you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom.
entries sent through agencies and third parties will not be accepted;
you must follow the Prize claim procedure set out in paragraph 1.1.4 ‘How it works’; and
the Prize Draw will end on 31st May 2026 at 23:59 (the “Closing Date”). For the purposes of this clause 2 “group” shall have the meaning given to it in section 1261 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Prize Draw is open to both existing Savings by MoneySuperMarket members who deposit £100 or more, and individuals who join Savings by MoneySuperMarket during the Promotional Period.
1.2 The Prize
There is one Prize available
The value of the Prize will be a one off cash payment of £5,000 deposited into a one-year fixed account (either cash ISA or general savings) at the best savings rate we have.
The ‘best savings rate we have’ means the highest interest rate generally available to Savings by MoneySuperMarket customers for a one year fixed account at the time the Prize account is created. For the avoidance of doubt, references to the “best savings rate we have” relate solely to savings products offered through Savings by MoneySuperMarket and do not refer to rates available via the MoneySuperMarket comparison service.
Where the Prize is deposited into a cash ISA, the contribution will count towards the winner’s annual ISA allowance.
For the avoidance of doubt the Prize is awarded as a cash payment only. There is no alternative prize and no substitution, replacement or exchange of the Prize (in whole or in part) is available.
Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Prize and not expressly included in the Prize.
The Promoter does not guarantee any particular tax outcome or level of interest, which will be subject to applicable law and the terms of the relevant savings account.
1.3 How it works
To enter the Prize Draw, you must deposit a minimum of £100 into a Savings by MoneySuperMarket.com account and make no withdrawals (of any amount, whether partial or in full) within the date range of 1st to 31st May 2026.
Participants may be asked to provide their name and email address. These details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw, including communicating with winners and arranging prize delivery.
One entry per person. Multiple savings accounts opened, or entries by the same person, will be considered to be void.
The winner (subject to eligibility) will be selected at random by using a randomiser tool. Should the winner not meet the Eligibility Criteria then their winner status and entitlement will become void and another winner will be chosen. The decision of the Promoter as to the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to the Prize Draw shall be final.
The winner will be notified by the Promoter 10 working days after the Closing Date via the email address linked to your MoneySuperMarket account. The winner must respond to the Promoter within 14 days of receiving notification with a response which:
accepts the Prize; and
confirms the email address
In the event that the Promoter does not receive a valid response from a winner within the 14-day period (as determined by the Promoter at its sole discretion), the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the Prize to a new winner who will be notified and must respond in this same way and in the same timeframes as set out
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that the information you provide in order to verify the value of the Prize is true and accurate.
We reserve the right to ask for additional information to verify eligibility.
We shall endeavour to pay the Prize within forty five (45) days of the Closing Date, subject to confirmation that the savings account has remained open post the Closing Date.
Winners will be contacted via email to arrange the payment of the relevant Prize. This will include a requirement for the winners to confirm proof of identity and additional contact details.
This Prize Draw applies only to savings accounts opened through Savings by MoneySuperMarket. Savings accounts opened outside of Savings by MoneySuperMarket, including through MoneySuperMarket’s standard savings comparison journeys, are not eligible to participate.
1.4 By taking part in this Prize Draw, you agree:
to these Terms and Conditions;
to the terms of the Promoter's Privacy Notice;
that by entering this Prize Draw you consent to us using the email you have provided to contact you in relation to the Prize, or any queries we may have in relation to your opening of a savings account; and
if you are a winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, county and prize details for reasonable promotional purposes relating to this Prize Draw, unless you object in writing
The Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner, to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the Prize Draw requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ. If you object to any or all of your surname or county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at Contact Centre Manager, MONY Group House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
1.5 Data Protection
By participating in this Prize Draw, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in particular in this paragraph 1.1.5.

We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage you may suffer or incur in connection with the privacy policy applying to any third-party website or for any acts, omissions, errors or defaults of any third party in connection with that privacy policy.

1.6 General
The Promoter reserves the right to withhold or withdraw the Prize if, in our sole discretion, it appears that a person claiming it does not fully meet the Eligibility Criteria, if a withdrawal is made from the savings account during the promotional period, the savings account opened through Savings by MoneySuperMarket is closed, or cancelled prior to the Closing Date, or we deem the opening of a savings account opened through Savings by MoneySuperMarket to have been made fraudulently, invalidly or using automated means. We reserve the right to require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility from any person claiming a Prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted or not properly registered due to technical, network, hardware or software failure of any kind.
Any additional costs which may be incurred by this Prize Draw in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services are not included in the Prize Draw and must be paid by you separately.
No alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part for the Prize, except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The Prize is subject to promotional availability and is not transferable.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, late, lost or fraudulent entries). Any statutory rights you have are not affected.
Insofar as permitted by law, we will not be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this Prize Draw or accepting or using the Prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify this Prize Draw and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time before you have accepted it/them, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the Prize at any time.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including fraud, tampering with the entry process, gaining an unfair advantage, technical failure or regulatory intervention.
Entries made jointly or on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
