Vic Darvey, MoneySuperMarket’s managing director said: “The MoneySuperMarket ‘Supers’ awards recognise those brands that shone during 2015. We’ve seen a great deal of competition among providers throughout the year, which is good for consumers as they have more choice and can therefore find the most suitable product for their needs.

“After its first full year as a standalone bank, TSB has taken the Best Overall Provider spot this year, which is testament to its highly competitive offering and fresh approach to its products. TSB has also worked hard to improve its customer service, and this has clearly paid off too.”
