Thanks to the Energy Switch Guarantee, the process for switching your energy supplier is easy. The provider you switch to will take care of the whole process, and there won’t be any interruption to your gas or electricity supply.

In the unlikely scenario that there is an issue, your new provider will try to resolve it as soon as possible.

The Energy Switch Guarantee also means you’re guaranteed a hassle-free switch within 21 days.   If you change your mind within 14 days you’ll be able to remain with your old provider.

Will I need to have a lot of work done?

When you switch energy suppliers you won’t need to have any building works done. This means you won’t need any new pipes, wires, or energy meters. You just compare and switch online and everything will be done for you.

Will I not be able to use energy for a while?

There won’t be any interruption to your energy service at all. This means you’ll be able to use gas and electricity as normal during the process.

Will it take too long to switch?

Will I have to pay any fees or charges?
