If the answer’s yes, then now’s the time to have your say and help us decide the winners of MoneySuperMarket’s 2015 Supers Awards – which reflects the providers’ achievements for 2014.
You’ll also be in with a chance of winning one of three £100 Amazon vouchers, just for taking part!
What are the Supers Awards?
The Supers Awards, now in their fourth year, recognise those banks and building societies that, in 2014, have outshone their competitors.
They provide a great way for you to voice your opinion across ALL the financial providers you use, with your say forming a vital part of the judging process.
So how does it work?
A panel of judges, including both MoneySuperMarket representatives and independent financial journalists, put their heads together and assess the following in a financial provider:
- Product ranges and their popularity
- Placements in national press best buy tables
- Product innovation
- Customer service
The customer service element of each award is based on a survey completed by YOU – MoneySuperMarket customers. We want to hear about the financial products you own, who your providers are, and how good their service is.
Use the link below to complete the survey, which will take between 5-10 minutes of your time, tops.
All you need to do is click on the financial products you have, and which providers offer them.
You’ll then be asked how satisfied with various aspects of their service, such as online, telephone and branch.
You’ll also be asked how well your providers dealt with any queries or complaints you might have had, and whether you’ve been kept up-to-date with any changes to the deals you have, such as rate.
Each response involves just one click, and at the end you can enter your e-mail address to be in with a chance of winning one of the three £100 Amazon vouchers.
Why your say matters
Your vote not only forms a vital part of the Supers judging process, but can also help other consumers see which providers and products are the best ones to plump for. And those which are conspicuous by their absence…
So don’t delay, have your say in the Supers Awards 2015 – and keep your eye out for the results will be revealed early in the New Year.
