The Samsung Galaxy SIII Mini delivers an all-round great set of features for a midrange Android phone and although this may seem to be a smaller version of the high-end S3 the specification is very different. The screen has been reduced and is now a 4-inch display that is responsive and easy to use whilst the processor on the Mini is a dual-core chip instead of the quad-core one sported by the original phone. The SIII Mini still has plenty of great features including a 5-megapixel camera and front facing VGA camera for video calls. The Android 4.1 OS on board delivers a great user experience and Google Play is easily accessible for the latest apps to download. The phone memory can be expanded up to 32GB so there is plenty of room for new apps or music and the multimedia player and FM radio are on for entertainment. Connectivity options include 3.5G, Wi-Fi and GPS as well as NFC and DLNA and all popular messaging formats are supported. Social network integration in on board and there is a document viewer for opening email attachments.
