Terms and conditions
1. This offer (the "Offer") is promoted by Moneysupermarket.com Limited (the “Promoter”, "we" or "us"), whose registered office is at Moneysupermarket House, St. David's Park, Ewloe, Chester, CH5 3UZ. This Offer is governed by these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").
2. The Offer is hosted and managed on our behalf by TLC UK Marketing Limited (“TLC”), whose registered office is at 54 Baker Street, London, W1U 7BU.
3. This offer will end on 1st June 2022.
To be eligible to claim a Reward, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and meet all the following criteria (the "Eligibility Criteria"):
3.1. you must be a UK resident aged-17 or over;
3.2. you must purchase a car insurance policy via your account (“Account”) on moneysupermarket.com after [00.00 27 May 2021]. Purchases made before this date cannot be accepted;
3.3. only 1 person per car insurance policy purchased is eligible for this Offer; and
3.4. you must follow the reward voucher claim procedure set out below in paragraph 5.
3.5. the Offer will end on 1 June 2022 at 23:59, purchases submitted after this date cannot be accepted.
4. The Reward
4.1. 1.1. Once your car insurance purchase has been approved, you will be eligible to receive £150 car care credit (the “Reward”). The Reward can be accessed and redeemed via your Account or on the rewards website (“Promotional Site”).
4.2. The Reward can be spent on various fixed price car care and car maintenance offers relating to (i) MOT, (ii) servicing and maintenance, (iii) tyres and (iv) home services through third party suppliers using “reward vouchers”.
4.3. Reward vouchers geographically limited. They can only be used at participating garages on the UK mainland, meaning England, Scotland and Wales. Participating garages may change from time to time. Find your nearest garage by clicking the links below:

4.4. A reward voucher once redeemed is not restricted to any single individual or vehicle.
4.5. You can use the Reward to claim any of the reward vouchers available up to the value of £150. There is no limitation on claiming the same reward voucher more than once, so long as you have enough credit available to do so.
4.6. Reward vouchers are single use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
4.7. Once a reward voucher has been claimed it is your responsibility to book the relevant service with the third party supplier to obtain the discount/offer.
5. How it works
5.1. 1.1. You will receive a welcome email from us. In most cases this will be 7 days after your car insurance policy purchase has been approved, but it can take up to 45 days.
5.2. You can visit the Promotional Site either directly through your welcome email, which will contain a URL link, or through the “Rewards” tab in your Account.
5.3. The Promotional Site will provide you access to a range of offers available at the time of visiting, and visibility of your credit allowance and remaining balance.
5.4. In order to redeem the Reward, you must select the product or service of your choice from the Promotional Site and follow the ‘How to Claim’ instructions. This typically includes downloading a reward voucher containing a unique code for use on a third party supplier website or to show upon arrival at your chosen garage. Each reward voucher is subject to their own instructions and terms and conditions, which are different to those of this Offer. It is important that you read and understand these as changes cannot be made after you redeem a reward voucher.
5.5. When you have redeemed a reward voucher, its value will be deducted from your £150 credit. You can claim reward vouchers until your balance reaches £0.00 or your balance is too low to redeem any further reward vouchers. We are not responsible or liable for any unused balance of the Reward.
5.6. You have 12 months from the date you receive your welcome email to use the Reward.

6. Data and Privacy
6.1. By participating in the Offer, you agree to the use of your personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions, and in particular in this paragraph 6.
6.3. Your data will be shared with TLC strictly to the extent necessary to process and issue the Reward and to answer any related customer queries if you contact them. It will not be used for marketing purposes.
7.1. We reserve the right to withhold or withdraw the Reward if, in our sole discretion, it appears that a person claiming it does not fully meet the Eligibility Criteria, if a policy is cancelled within the ‘cooling off period’ (as defined in the purchased policy) or we deem the policy to have been purchased fraudulently, invalidly or using automated means. We reserve the right to require reasonable proof of identity and eligibility from any person claiming a Reward.
7.2. Any additional costs which may be incurred by this Offer in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for reward voucher fulfilment are not included in the Offer and must be paid by you separately.
7.3. No cash or other alternative reward will be provided in whole or in part for the Reward, except that in the event of circumstances outside of our control we reserve the right to substitute similar rewards of equal value. The Reward is subject to promotional availability, is not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned or exchanged and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Reward cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
7.4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept any responsibility or liability under or in connection with this Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions (including without limitation) as a result of technical fault, computer or electronic malfunction, or incomplete, illegible, lost or fraudulent entries). Any statutory rights you have are not affected.
7.5. Insofar as permitted by law, neither we nor the TLC, will be responsible or liable to compensate you, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this Offer or accepting or using the Reward except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can we guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the Reward and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7.6. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel, modify this Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions, at any time before you have accepted it/them, including but not limited to terminating or withdrawing the Offer at any time.
7.7. If any paragraph in these Terms and Conditions is found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other paragraphs of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
7.8. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
