    Admiral offer standard benefits on their comprehensive car insurance policies like a courtesy car while yours is being repaired at an approved garage, windscreen cover, £100,000 worth of legal cover and a free 24hr roadside emergency accident helpline. You also have £5,000 personal injury cover, a choice of excess and up to £1,250 of stereo equipment cover.

    Admiral introduced the MultiCar policy to cater for those homes with 2 or more cars, unlike other providers who may just offer a second car discount, Admiral's MultiCar combines all the cars in a household under a single policy to better reflect your circumstances, the more cars on the policy the greater the discount!

having recieved a call regarding the no claims proof, i was casually asked if id like to cancel one of the two insurance received we had for the same car. It turned out an adviser had failed to cancel and refund the initial policy in favour of the newer policy, thus we'd paid fully for two policies. having phoned them back a few days later to see if theyd finally refunded me, i was told smugly by the rep that the bank had declined the payment and maybe i should sort that. I informed her the payment had been confirmed and after arguing with me discovered she had the WRONG card/pymt details entirely. It got continuously worse and she continued to be rude/impolite/shouting/horrible. As were all the reps ive had the misfortune of talking to. worst company ever.

Have had insurance with admiral now for 4 years and have never had to complain or have had any problems with my insurance, insurance will never come down every year if it did we'd pay nothing! I've renewed every year even after having a shop around the service is great and I always have correct documents!

Have been insured for the last 2 years with admiral and have never had any problems my documents are always correct and staff are always helpful,polite and efficient, I think people are quick enough to complain when they feel they've been wronged and not enough praise company's for doing good by their customers. Overall great service and will be renewing you can't put a price on good service!

Was cold called and asked if I wanted to take out additional hire car insurance $20.96. Yeah ok then...... got the paperwork today saying they're going to charge me an additional $2404.72!!! How does that work? Spent ALL morning ringing with no joy, it's gonna have to wait now til monday! who's got a spare $2404.72 I can borrow til monday please?
These guys are insurance jokes!

Avoid this company. I switched to Admiral a couple of years ago. The first year was OK but recently I experienced a major error (resulting in their cancelling my insurance without making sure I was aware of it) and now their suggested automatic renewal (you have to stop it fast or they take your fee) is three times what they would charge me if I was a new customer. This is not the sort of business I want dealing with my insurance! I could also talk about their handling of a claim - where I was more or less forced to use a company which clearly specialised in making the repair bill as high as possible so as to get maximum income from the other driver's insurance company - we are all losers when our insurance companies act like that.
