awana, takes diners on a culinary journey courtesy of Executive Chef Mark Read and Malaysian-born Head Chef Lee Chin Soon’s menus of traditional and modern innovative dishes reflecting the country’s depth and diversity. Outstanding signature dishes include kambing bakar - lamb saddle steak marinated with herbs and spices, roasted and served on a bed of winter greens with a sauce of tamarind and soy; and Ikan bakar - chargrilled butterfish wrapped in banana leaf with lemongrass, coriander and chilli served with shallot and cucumber salad.

The restaurant’s unique satay bar serves a sophisticated selection of Malaysian delicately spiced satay alongside a selection of roti bread, theatrically prepared in front of expectant diners.

To refresh your palate, awana showcases an impressive cocktail list with a range of delectable concoctions concentrating on exotic whisky blends and aromatic mixes. An extensive wine list, compiled by awana’s sommelier, unveils fine bins from around the world and is a perfect complement to the delectable dishes.
