Aubergine at the Compleat Angler is the country outpost of legendary London restaurant Aubergine, in London’s Chelsea. Its sister restaurant opened in October 2008 at the luxury MacDonald Compleat Angler Hotel in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The Restaurant has already received tremendous praise from local residents and restaurant critics alike. Aubergine at the Compleat Angler seats 45 people and is available for private dining. The Restaurant serves the classic French haute cuisine which Aubergine is very well renowned for.
The London Fine Dining Group comprises some of London’s finest destination restaurants and is privately owned by John de Stefano, Group Chairman. The Group also has its sights set on international expansion, with plans for key sites in the Caribbean, Middle East, Asia and the US presently under consideration.
