ABOUT THIS WINE: This is an exciting and unusual pink sparkling wine, where the Prosecco grape has been blended with a little Raboso, to give it a delicate pink hue. This gives the wine an extra fruity character and a little more richness. The wine was made in the hilly Conegliano area of the Veneto, north-east Italy, where the climate is mild and very sunny.
