The Burley Environ 4240 combines a traditional gas fire appearance with modern technology. This flueless 2.5kw gas fire arrives in a polished cast black and brass front with ashpan cover complemented by brass on black trim. Flueless gas fires give you the attraction of a living flame fire, but without the need for a chimney. They burn extremely cleanly, producing virtually no carbon monoxide. The waste gases are then 'scrubbed clean', by passing them through a catalytic converter (similar to that used on a car) reducing levels further still. They are 100% efficient and therefore very environmentally friendly. Please note: All gas appliances must be installed by a GasSafe registered engineer and serviced annually.
