For most, the onset of autumn means resigning to shorter days, less sunshine, and a slow descent into rain and fog. For me, it means packing up my snorkeling equipment and heading for balmier climates. Be the envy of your office this fall by getting away and coming back with pictures that wow.
My October/November destination of choice is Bali, but for you it may be Santorini, Nice, Ibiza, or even the beautiful Cinque Terre of Italy. Regardless of where you choose, you’ll need a few items to make the most of your vacation. If you’re like me and can’t wait to get your fins in the water, consider picking up a wetsuit for your trip. Flying in the fall may result in lower airfares, but ocean temperatures will be considerably cooler as well. Once you’re in the water, you’ll want a good camera to capture all the glorious sea life below you. There is a wide variety of underwater camera options available online, but I would suggest taking a look at some of the newer peripherals available for your existing camera.
