Best Apple and Dell Laptop Deals

With Apple taking over the younger demographic with their sleek user-friendly laptops, mp3 players and other electronics, there has been a big shift away from the PC market. Apple laptop deals have students rushing to get a hold of the new Macbook and Macbook Pro models. They have been offering a relatively generous discount and a free iPod Touch with the purchase of any Macbook or Macbook pro for any student enrolled at a university. Not only are their new deals attracting a lot of buyers, but their simple operating system minimizes complication and difficulty when trying to perform the majority of simpler tasks such as word processing, internet browsing and media entertainment.

While Apple has people running to their nearest store, Dell laptop deals trump them in terms of getting the most bang for your buck. No, Dell is not as “user-friendly” and has been known to have a more complicated operating system than the Macbook, but with the emergence of Windows 7, they have taken a step in the right direction. They are extremely efficient in performing intricate tasks and once you get acquainted with the ins and outs of the system you will find that they are a quality product. Surprisingly, you will find that a Dell laptop with similar specs to that of the Macbook or Macbook Pro can cost a fraction of the price.

If you are looking to save money, Dell makes some of the cheapest laptops on the market. They have a wide range of laptops, starting with their line of minis, which are great for the basic functions and when you are on the go. Additionally, on the other end of the spectrum are Dell’s intricate gaming computers like their line of Alienware and XPS laptops. If you do not plan on using your laptop for much more than word processing and internet browsing, then I would opt for a cheap laptop. While I am a big fan of Dell and Apple, do not be afraid to experiment with the Samsung and HP models as well.

About Ranjit

I grew up playing America Football, Football and Track & Field. American Football and Track have always been my greatest passions and I always aspired to play at the collegiate level. Due to a high grade sarcoma in my right leg, I recently decided to amputate my leg and get back to the active lifestyle that I used to live. After making this choice, I have not looked back as it has opened doors to a number of new opportunities and even some of my old passions.
