The Samsung S5560 is a new S Series monoblock smartphone crammed with features. With a 3-inch TFT touch-resistive screen (240 x 400 pixels resolution), it offers a crisp display for the 5 megapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and a wealth of other photo functions including blink detection, smile shutter and image stabiliser. The camera’s high resolution setting of 2592 x 1944 pixels delivers excellent quality snaps.

At 107.5 x 52 x 13.2 mm and weighing only 95.3 grams, the S5560 is of modest dimensions and light. It has the TouchWiz user interface and an accelerometer, automatically switching the display  to and from portrait and landscape as you turn the phone around.

Internet and messaging are through GPRS/EDGE so, while nowhere near as fast as HSDPA, Web browsing with the S5560 is solid, augmented by Wi-fi 802.11 for hotspot and WLAN working, plus short-range wireless data transfer via Bluetooth 2.1(with A2DP for wireless headset use).
