Compare KRZR black Deals
The Motorola KRZR K1 is a flip phone in dramatic black that at 103 x 42 x 16 mm and weighing 103g turned heads when it first came on the scene – in fact, RAZR phones began the super-slim trend. The KRZR is narrower that most of its sisters, notable for its reflective glass coating, protecting a TFT 176 x 220 pixel resolution 1.9-inch display inside and 1-inch, CSTN, 96 x 80 pixel resolution display outside.
The 2 megapixel camera has 8 x digital zoom and picture editor; the video camera offers 15 fps and 352 x 288 pixel resolution, with up to 25 minutes recording. The music player supports all the popular file formats, but there is no radio.
The KRZR is a quad-band phone, so potentially supports global roaming. Internet and messaging is via GPRS/EDGE, supported by short-range wireless data transfer via Bluetooth. Utilities include vibration alert and picture caller ID.
Internal memory is 20 Mbytes, with a microSD card slot for additional storage. Battery life is rated at around 3.5 hours’ talk time or 250 hours on standby from a full charge.
