With a great look the HTC Explorer is a great phone choice for those looking for an Android smartphone with a small price tag. The latest Android OS v2.3 is on board and provides a great user experience and access to the Android Market where there are thousands of new apps to choose from. The handset memory can be expanded up to 32GB and there is a multimedia player and FM radio for listening to your favourite music and radio shows. 3G, Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi are all under the hood as well as a pre-loaded Google package with favourites such as Search, YouTube and Picasa.
