Hi there, We are a couple reaching retirement age. I am 61 and my wife is nearing 60. We live in a house currently valued at circa £300k. Of this we owe £60k on a mortgage. My question is, with good investment we could sell the house, pay off what we owe and live comfortably for the next 25 years, in rented accommodation, is this a wise decision? ...
