Just to let you know that it was followed up in writing within 3 days, I double checked the details and it is in order. Phone again and be persistent and nice (0800 015 1847) quoting the details I have mentioned.

The only reason I didn't use your web site and gain £30, was that by phoning them myself I got the 19.60% discount applied to my current bill straightaway i.e. the huge winter one!!
However, if their new reduced rates don't come up to my expectations, I shall be using moneysupermarket.com very shortly.
