janey-baby18:Hey Thanks for that my lad is going to try and get loads of his army buddies down there with him in support. They are still ingnoring my phone calls though is this because they cannot have an intelligent conversation?
I don't think that HEC would be particularly bothered by this site anymore as the postings no longer concentrate ...

Hope Dom does a better job than he does with the cowboy builders on the show that he stars in with Melinda Messanger. Whenever I've seen him on the TV he's just full of what your rights are, but as we all well know, when you're dealing with dodgy people, it just doesn't work out, as Dom has found out on many occassions. Appealing ...

If they do actually 'own' 2 of the companies that are members of the FER, then they must run those particular two in an honest and proper manner. If that was not the case, then they would not stay members for long.

sherriff:I don't know if it would work. Our company has had experience of small claims court. We were advised not to bother by our solicitor. We had a serious fallout with one of our suppliers. Just out of interest, is there anyone out there, who, over the years, has actually managed to enforce a county court judgement against these people? I realise that it is easy enough to obtain a CCJ against a company, but actually getting payment is another matter. From what I have heard over the years it is doubtful, but it would be interesting to ...
