They are just covering their backsides in case you attempt to pursue them for constructive dismissal via Tribunal. If you DON'T go to the meeting their line of defence at such a Tribunal would be based around your refusal to accept any form of mediation.
They may also refuse to pay you any notice.

Be aware that if you resign and then try to go to Tribunal for constructive dismissal , you will need a shedload of evidence and would need witness testimonials from within the employing organisation of the bullying - probably very difficult to get once you have left,as others will not want to put their heads above the parapet and risk their own ...

Question is EXTREMELY vague. Including what ?? Rent,mortgage,utilities,water rates,transport ? Or just food and drink??
Including everything I'd need at least ~ £200 per week!!! Even without alcohol,petrol and Sky TV. But I could get by on £50 per week for food and drink only.

G24 CANNOT FINE you!! They have effectively produced an invoice with an invitation to pay.As I understand it, they cannot take legal action against the person parking; unless they are the owners of the land; for most car parks they are the managing agents.

I used to be a reasonably regular visitor/poster to the site,lots of good discussions about utilities,savings,mortgages,phone suppliers etc etc..... .......But I've been away since Friday morning and only 3 new threads have been started with a total of 4 replies, one triggered by the forum ...

If you were a member of the scheme for LESS than 2 years, then under normal circumstances you would be entitled to YOUR contributions back net of tax.
HOWEVER, because you are still working for the NHS , I suspect that this may not apply -you need to contact your local pension administrator.

I'm afraid to say that these forums are dying ever more rapidly - only a few posts since Saturday over the whole range of topics. I only ''pop in'' ever few days now ,just to see if anything of interest has been posted.. I'm a member on the Moneysavingexpert forum ....and there are normally hundreds of new posts every day.

If you are SURE that the £106 pm payment was sufficient when averaged over 12 months then phone them to discuss.
I always found SP helpful when I was with them.
Whereas a couple of years ago, the Utility companies operated on a negative balance in the Winter paid back over the Summer months they now all seemed to have moved towards a zero Spring ...
