I've just received my certificate of deduction of tax for my Icesave deposit account. I'd almost given up hope of getting one. It included a letter with a paragraph of apology for "the anxiety their action must have caused their depositors" I'll say!! I had expected to see an update on their website stating that the electronic payment system has now worked for all eligible Icesave depositors - no update. Chezu2 - I am so, so sorry to hear all this. If it's any consolation, the FSCS seem to be erring on the side of caution with their dates so far (4th December being stated as last date for second emails originally). Perhaps it will be less than a week before they contact you.......here's hoping anyway. In the meantime I'd keep trying ...
