i want to put 15,000 into a savings account which if need be cam be reached in emergancies.I also would like high interest with this can you recommend the best bank etc to do this .

hi baragin hunter i just checked this out it says MasterCard & Visa0%p.a. on balance transfers for nine months. Subject to a 1.5% fee (minimum £3). Standard rate of just typical19.9% APR (variable) for purchases which one are you looking at? as im interested too
