Abbey Zero have recently reduced their 0% transfer period from 12 to 6 months, but still have the 0% transfer fee. I missed the 12 month deal but my wife go it a few months ago. She did have trouble with the application process though, very frustratingly and rather concerningy, they 'lost' her details for a few weeks and them found them ...
