Hi Can anyone help? My son pays monthly (well I do) for his insurance. The payment went out on 27 Jul and the next one is due out on 27 Aug. We haven't defaulted or cancelled any payments and yet when he logged on to do his car tax it says he is not insured and he hasn't received the latest policy statement so the last one he has ran out ...
