Does you modem or router report any line stats (namely attenuation and SNR figures)? If so could you post them here. If you PM me your PlusNet username I can take a look at your account too to make sure nothing's amiss there. I'm about 2.32km from my exchange and tend to get between 3-3.5Mbps.

From the letter they sent to me, i discovered that the agreement should be worded "upto 12 months interest free period". ...

I'm searching for home emergency cover (heating, plumbing and electrical). my current deal with directline insurance will run out soon and i do not want to continue with them.
