If you will have the money to pay of f the debt befor the hearing then you should write a letter to the lenders saying when and how you propose to make the payments. I am sorry but I agree with Cat's take on the situation. In every CEO's office there is someone sending out lots of these letters. The one positive thing, however, is that at least you know that they now have your version of events not the interpretation put on it by whoever fills in the message on screen at the call centre!
