Fuuny thing about that Kim. Only a member since 24th April - which is when her message was posted. You'd have thought that she would have been here a lot longer - being the "PR Officer" for mobiles for Moneysupermarket and all. I too will try Wolverhampton Trading Standards. Thanks Brian.

Hello there Haggarstuff. Mine is a similar story. I also spoke to someone who assured me that my refund was on the way. There has been no sign of it. I can't believe that a company that blatantly scams people like this is allowed to get away with it. There must be something we can do?

Thank you again Grinch. I have just spoken to a man called Gareth on a number that he left on my answer machine. He assures me that he will send me a refund. He said that I had been unsubscribed last week but I got another text yesterday. He said that MobyMagic have no control over the company sending the texts. How does that work? I asked if ...

  • Re: BBC Tv License

Are we supposed to accept threats and intimidation without complaint? I do not have a television. I have not had one for a long time, yet the BBC hounded and threatened me - without ever trying to find out if I had a television or not. I didn't complain about the adverts or lack of them, or the cost of a licence, I complained because they ...
